Eh. It's clearly been nominated in a way to split the vote so de Bruyne and TAA will win.

I think they deserve to win. Just think it's funny the way the nominees have clearly been engineered to split the Liverpool, Chelsea and ManUtd supporters' votes.

Such a top top player even at the age of 33. His game has evolved so much that even if he loses some speed, he still has so much drive, aggression, great movement, eye for goal and work ethic.

I think he'll hit 20 again next season. Not playing at the top until 25 (Championship) and then 27 (PL) has worked out very well for him. Also, the fact that he said FU to Arsenal makes me love him even more. I have a feeling he'll be hanging up his boots at 36.

Without a doubt, my favourite ever LCFC player and lays stake to being our greatest ever player.

Putting sentiments aside, I’m in two minds about this seeing as he already had two further years left on his contract. I’d have perhaps reassessed next summer.

He's worth it. Tonnes of goals every season, he's a real enigma too. He gets the fans going, he gets the rest of the team going and he's our first line of defence.

Recently he's been able to provide as well as score - not that some of those he's provided to have been able to put it in the net, but still. I'm convinced that once we get a proper player to put them away with him, he'll get plenty of assists even if he loses that extra yard of pace. Just imagine how much better we might have been last season if we had someone on the pitch who also put away 12+ goals a season.

He's also very loyal - choosing to stay at Leicester - and we want players who really want to be at the club and feel valued. Good on him.

Just these ahead of him now in terms of PL goals. If he can get four more and ahead of Dion he will be only be behind some of the very best PL goalscorers.

1 Alan Shearer 260
2 Wayne Rooney 208
3 Andrew Cole 187
4 Sergio Agüero 180
5 Frank Lampard 177
6 Thierry Henry 175
7 Robbie Fowler 163
8 Jermain Defoe 162
9 Michael Owen 150
10 Les Ferdinand 149
11 Teddy Sheringham 146
12 Harry Kane 144
12 Robin van Persie 144
14 Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink 127
15 Robbie Keane 126
16 Nicolas Anelka 125
17 Dwight Yorke 123
18 Steven Gerrard 120
19 Romelu Lukaku 113
19 Ian Wright 113
21. Dion Dublin 111
22. Emile Heskey 110
23. Ryan Giggs 109
24. Peter Crouch 108
24. Jamie Vardy 108

Surely he'll be the first ever player to score 100 PL goals after 30.

What a ****ing legend!
