There it is sorted no need to piss about with Newells,Pearces and Strachans.I'd be looking to find an opening for Joe Longthorne and I toyed with the idea of Russell Grant but he can become very demotivated when 'backs are to the wall',which they invariably are when Russell is about.

We need to get back to playing football on the floor, not in the air, and there's no way we would get that with Winton. He's just another long ball merchant.

Time we took a shot at an accomplished coach who is renown for playing football the proper way.

I would prefer to see Archie from the Children's TV programme Balamory. He seems to be very clever, and I am sure would instil some real tactical awareness into our players
