He is what we need at the moment, hunger, having a point to prove and watching him with the other players and the halftime kick around last week he seems to be enjoying himself. I hope it works out for him and hats off to Kelly for taking a gamble on him, alot better than Welsh who he replaced.
After reading the artical it is also clear that he might have a few words of guidence for the younger players too.

Didn't notice it, HF. My homepage is BBC Sport and I just had a quick luck and it was there....delete the thread if a waste.

Wasn't a pop at you Hazz :icon_wink The Cadamateri hysteria is just a bit too much for me,after all he's only played 25 minutes

The story is on the main page, under Owen Hargreaves column ;)

Never realised that he was found guilty of punching a woman in the face on a night out, which was part of the reason he left Everton apparently.

So our new hero down at the Walkers is a drug taking woman beater... Oh well, as long as he scores the goals. The La Manga lot, Stan Collymore and now Danny C... we love players with issues don't we?

Seeing as I'm bored, I made up some new songs (or all part of the same song if you prefer) in honour of our new hero

Danny was a druggy
He wears a druggies hat
But once he'd done his 6 month ban
We said we'll bring him back

Danny was a druggy
but he said he had the flu
but he aint scoring crack no more
he's scoring for the blues!

When Danny scores for Leicester
he gives playoff hopes
and when we get promoted
he'll score us all some dope!

;)

That FA Cup goal was his FIRST ever in the competition.:icon_eek:

His scoring record isn't particularly good either over his career. He even had a spell at Fulham on loan 5 games 1 goal. So we shouldn't get carried away.

Still at least he looks like an impact player (he made one and scored the other) rather than some others in the squad so should be good for coming off the bench

Have you considered Suduko Graz:icon_wink

I was in the shower, the paper would've gone a bit soggy. ;) It was either sing made up football chants for our saviour (well, small saviour... Danny C is Jesus to Mandaric's God) or sing 80's cheese..

what a cack record he has got

'Cadamarteri started his career off at Everton where he broke into the team as a 17 year old. He played at Everton for 7 seasons and scored 15 goals in 110 appearances before he moved to Bradford in 2002 in a free transfer'

I'm sure he started out as a forward at Everton, but has played on the wing everywhere else.

I remembering him playing in midfield at Filbo in his early days for Everton - gave our lot a right run-around. Think he was always more an attacking midfielder than a striker.

A good effort Graz, made me smile, only thing is he's hardly a druggie it was only feckin ephedrine that he tested positive for! :icon_lol:
He wasn't found with a syringe hangin out of his arm & a spliff stuck between his lips.
