David Lynch films, defo need to pay alot of attention too!

Memento is an obvious one that makes you think, and its a fantastic film.

The Third Man is a great film from the 50's that you should try and see its a classic.

The Usual Suspects is another obvious one if you've not seen it.

And others - LA Confidential, Chinatown, The Conversation (early Coppola) and Rocco Meats Kelly 2 made me think, but thats probably not in the same way that you mean.

That scene intercut was Connolly double-dildo, the mam going crazy and the poor rudeboy getting put in the slammer.

God, that was fecking scary.
