Yes. I did it for the first match of the season. Drop them an email and they’ll sort it for you.

I found something within the my profile section and tickets where it gave the option to distribute your ticket to someone else.
Not needed to do it yet tho so not sure if it works or not

If you go to the my account section of the ticket website, it's on there. On the right hand side. Used it for the man city match.
