7hrs now and well over 30 minutes on hold in total, what the feck is happening down there?


EDIT:-Finally got through to be told that they are only just going through the days emails.

Well this is hardly suprising as they told everyone 'use the new internet service to buy tickets' and then said ' internet service will be out of action until futher notice':icon_roll:icon_roll

I emailled tham at 11:41 today and had a satisfactory reply at 12:15.

Was your email so urgent as to require an immediate reply?

It sounds as though there has been a major failure with that system. I have a feeling it may have been hacked and for security reasons has been taken out of use.

I don't think it's been hacked. I think they broke it when trying to add the Villa tickets, looks like they have a problem with the way it handles people who have pre-ordered their cup tickets.

The system is working at the moment, league tickets are available, you just can't get Villa tickets.

When I first saw that the site was down, it was showing a message that led me to believe that it had had to be shut down.

It might be working for some at the moment but it isn't working for all - I get an error message immediately after entering my password and can go no further.

I get an error message when logging in - "An error has occurred when retrieving auto cup scheme ticket details. Please try again later.".
But then clicking on the 'buy tickets' link above it shows me the league matches available, and seems to be working OK for those matches.
