The first 2,500 were on sale for £4.99 to season ticket holders, and then going up in stages depending how many were sold. If you are going, twelve quid is what's leaving your wallet.

As it would have been all along as Joe isn't a season ticket holder.

well thats a bit stupid. why not say £5 flat rate, yet again Davies and co have done something that will stop people going - for ****s sake, its macclesfield! who'll pay £12 to see that shower of shit (against Macclesfield ¬)

Twelve quid - no ta - I'd rather buy red hot for the night.

thanks anyway you lot - enjoy the kick about.

Stinks of a cash flow crisis to me. Do they need money in early to pay peoples wages on the night or something?

In most industries, early bird payment plans usually stink of cash flow problems as they are rewarding those for getting it to them early.

Every company has cash flow problems during it's off season. But FFS, this should be our peak

Maybe I'm wrong again

Just for once, I think it was the club being imaginative because they knew the attandance tonight would have been rubbish if all tickets were £12. It'll still be poor, but if there's perhaps an extra thousand or two, I'm all in favour of it TBH. Also doing this doesn't annoy season ticket holders by discounting a game they've already paid for.

The only reason you went :icon_wink :icon_bigg

Actually me ma had another op on her eye yesterday so I went up to play the dutiful son. Trouble was there was a broken down lorry at J14 of the M1, a crash at watford Gap and the usual shite getting off the motorway at Leicester which delayed me. so I only stayed with mum for 15 minutes...... as I fancied a couple of beers before the game....
I'll not get to heaven at this rate:icon_redf
