Just a thought, as I understand it tomorrow is the first day Leicester City Council become responsible for on street parking and have trained up a special team to hand out fines to those flouting the law.

I'd hazard a guess that they will be busting a gut to make a big public impression and with the Tigers at home footy/rugby fans could become an easy target.

Bear in mind that although it's Bank Holiday normal working day restrictions apply, so don't go assuming it's like a Sunday.
