Does anybody know the exact rules here?

The window that closed was Scotland AND Premiership right??? If so does that apply both ways (in/out) and could we still loan players either way to these clubs?

Can we still transfer players from other clubs outside these 2 areas?

i think we can still sign players from clubs of the same country, ie from the prem, our leage and league 1 and 2, but we are not allowed to sign anyone from a foreign club.

The Scottish Deadline only apllies to the SPL so CL can still raid Stenhousemuir,Cowdenbeath etc...............

We can still take players from the Prem clubs - they can't bring any in.

The loan of Taylor from Arsenal was done prior to the window opening for instance.

Not next season though, when the window will apply in the FL as well
