Trouble in Blackpool

just read a story in the paper coming back from uni on the bus about the trouble at the blackpool match against forest over the weekend. Police have claimed that trouble was caused by fans of forest, blackpool, derby, stoke and leicester!! Now this is not very good for us commin only a couple of weeks after soton busses were attacked and especially as we were playing wolves at home on that day! Disgracfull that some of 'our' fans took the time to travell 200 miles to fight when we were playing at home! hopefully serious action will be taken against those involved!

i never realised leicester was close to Blackpool, 200 miles is quite a long distance.

what the fu(k. how can anybody possibly concieve of these idiots as Leicester fans, supporters, followers, or whatever adjective that may link them to our club.

for a start, what the fu(ck are they doing up there when we had a big derby match agaisnt Wolves???

it's a disgrace that anyone should link them with our club, even the authorities, or whoever wrote that article!

they are classed as our fans because they do go to alot of our games, not at home though because they are reccognised by the local police and have city centre bans etc, but they also connect themselves to the club. we have reputation in blackpool after some of the thugs smashed the place to bits last year. i believe last year it was with wolves aswell after the blackburn match. having done a rather large project on this it's easy to miss understand why they didnt turn out for wolves this season, but wolves are nowhere as bad as they used to be and i dont even think they were at leicester themselves.

There are some Leicester fans living in Blackpool but it wasnt us!... i did hear there was some trouble inside the ground and in town that night (nothing new there.)

i doubt they were on anyones side to tell you the truth, especially not forest. the trouble there last year was mainly with wolves though.
