I have been trying to remember the name of a BBC children's TV programme from the 1950s. It was a thriller that featured a villain who was never seen but often heard and known simply as "The Voice". I believe it was on Saturday tea times.

I'm actually not at all certain that we *need* to know anything at all about Notts

Ok then people, what was the kids TV program from the 1970's (I think) that at some point during the show there was a kind of interlude where a voice said something like 'And now it's TIME' followed by 10 seconds of various clocks tick-tocking, chimes ringing etc etc?

Vague I know but someone somewhere may be able to help.
