City Seek Help From Football League
Leicester City are still awaiting an official response from the Football League about a request to postpone the Championship visit to Watford on Tuesday, March 15.
As a result of being handed a Sunday FA Cup quarter-final clash with Blackburn Rovers, the Foxes face a hectic schedule of three away games in the space of just five days.
After the cup trip to Ewood Park on Sunday, Craig Levein's team return to League action on the Tuesday at Vicarage Road and then must travel to West Ham on the Friday night for a televised Championship fixture.
City first voiced their concerns about the fixture pile-up a fortnight ago and after a request for a Saturday quarter-final date fell on deaf ears last Thursday when the FA Cup dates were finally announced an official request was sent to the League.
City have received no response so far but hope and expect the League will agree to their request.
The club feels it is unreasonable to be asked to play three away games in such quick succession and that the obvious solution is for the Watford game to be postponed to another midweek later in the season - with no loss of revenue to Watford.

I understand the club's point of view... But what about the fans who might have already changed plans to get to the game? And if it moves, where is it going to move to? April, so we can have 10 matches in a month?
