I don’t think my previous post got the recognition it deserved.

Anyway, we still need leadership from people like Morgan. You could see we’re still a bit low on confidence after their equailiser went in.

We're clucked if Wes is still first choice next season.

However I'm sure he won't be. It seems Benkovic will come back and likely be ahead of him. We haven't really seen enough of Soyuncu, it maybe that he gets loaned out so Wes could still be 4th choice.

To be honest, I think if we do go for 3 at the back next season then we may sign another centre back still, unless Rodgers thinks both Benkovic and Soyuncu are good enough.

I'm happy with Captain Morgan sticking around though. He's a good leader and, at his best, an absolute wall of a defender. Hopefully he can teach the younger defenders to make the kind of blocks and last ditch tackles he's been so good at.
