Is it wrong to replace the hopeless James with Iborra, having seen the filth served up by Silva ?
The truly dreadful Albrighton gets dropped, and that's also wrong ?
And the hopelessly isolated Vardy gets Shinji in to assist him, and that's wrong too?

I didn't hate his selection or tactics last week at all. I hated the way he abandoned them after 20 minutes and gave no direction to his players following this. I just want him to have a selection policy and tactics.

His selection and tactics are totally random. Silva was in the starting line up last week and dumped from the squad this week. Diabate in, plays well and gets dropped. Dragovic playing well and gets dropped. Simpson dumped from the squad last week and back in to start this week. Gray in and out every other match. Iborra ditched for weeks and not even coming off the bench and now straight in to start.

None if it is planned or rational. It's just random changes from someone who hasn't a clue what our best team or formation is.

It is exactly the sort of approach that players hate. How they play or train is irrelevant. I bet each selection is a total surprise to them too.

Now we're a bit shit so trying to mix it up is the wrong thing to do???

Silva, James and Albrighton had awful games last week and are rightly replaced.

Simpson, Chilwell, Iborra, Ndidi, Gray - all have shown ever more inventive ways to give the ball away when under the slightest bit of pressure and often not even that.

Here's hoping there's a big improvement this afternoon.
