Would that influence the decision process of appointing a new manager?

We know the squad potentially is good enough to win this league.

Just takes a bit of organisation, discipline and motivation. Harry and Wilko could pull off a minor miracle and keep the job till Xmas or even the rest of the season.

The Board might have a bigger choice if they could defer appointment until May 2005.

If they get the results, I would be happy with Harry and Wilko till the end of the season.

Foxes Trust - Do you know if it is Davies and Bassett who interview and make a recommendation to the Board? Would Foxes Trust be allowed to make a recommendation based on canvassing fan's opinion?

I wouldn't. Even is Bassett and his allsorts get us promotion they are not and will not be the long term answer for this club. Put simply ... its all in the football.

Going back to the appointment of Brian Little, the Leicester board has been very good at selecting managers. I think we should have a little faith in them, at least with this decision.

Bassett aint stupid, he will know that any half decent manager with experiance will not be willing to come to city while bassett is director of football, so obviously Bassett is not going to recommend a half decent manager because he will insist bassett gets kicked out.
I just hope the board see this point and that Bassetts has no say in who the new manager is

You have a fair point there BUT whilst DB is involved in such meetings he does not have the final say, you all have, via me, a small say in what goes on at our club ! I am very often asked what we, the fans think about certain issues, I have even been asked recently to kill a roumour about an academy player, who was at home ill, and reported to have walked out !

I have a set against psychologists. Nothing to me with you understand. I had a girlfriend at uni many moons ago who upon closer inspection was well, a bit weird. She sort of began to crack up - particularly at exam time (surprise, surprise).

The med centre sent her to a clinical psychologist who said that she was a bit 'neurotic.' Very unprofessionally he let slept to another patient that he felt he could do nothing for my girlfriend.

We split up, the years rolled by, thought no more about it - until my sister had her first kid. A great little chap he was (and is) too. But he had communication difficulties. Some of you may see what's coming - autism.

The more I read about the subject the more I began to see strange parallels with my ex - until I was absolutlely in no doubt that she was on the autistic spectrum too.

You see proper scientific medicine could have established that. Not Freudian or Jungian gobbledygook. Up until the war (and for a long time after it) trick cyclists and sick knowledgists thought that 'autism' was 'emotional coldness' on the part of the infant towards its mother.

I did actually suggest that in the "Who will be our next manager" poll, needless to say he was hugely^ popular.

We will climb the table, bassett and wilko will turn it round, the players are desperate to start winning games, and as long as the 2h's treat the squad right they will get motivated, passionate and we will be EEEIIIEEEIIIEEEOOO'ing again.
After a few games when the honeymoon period is over and the players are starting to get used to the 2h's the new manager will join city, the 2hs will leave and the players will get a further boost and we will be untouchable.
