Amazon is probably the best for choice, but some places are cheaper, you need to shop around if you're bothered about saving a quid or two.

For downloading I've not found anywhere to be particularly good, none of them have a great range of stuff. I have a £10 a month Napster subscription but it's a waste of time because they don't have most of the stuff I'd like to download.

Napster is unlimited downloads for a tenner a month, but they're protected so they'll only play on your PC. Unless you know how to get round it (which is pretty obvious really)
