You of course refer to Spider Kalac, who plenty on this forum have claimed to be the worst keeper they have seen in a city shirt. Thats a question that could be a thread on its own. For those that can remember Mark Grew had a terrible time with us at the start of 83-84 season when city had just been promoted back to the top flight. Not sure whether Wallington was in dispute with city at that time but Grew came in for Wallington who had been our NO 1 for 7-8 years. I believe we lost the first 6 games that season and every time a player took a shot at Grew he seemed to be picking it out the back of the net. Whether he was a shite keeper or just unlucky i will let others decide.

i wouldnt know about grew, but Kalac is defo the worst ive seen since ive been going what really pisses me off though is the fact that now hes 'apparently' not half bad at some Serie A side Bologne maybe????

Talking about stats. Cant be many goalkeepers in their leicester career who can caim to have a 100% clean sheet record for the first team like Hirschfield. Ok it was 1 game but......................

kasey keller was a decent keeper in every area except he got done on long shots alot-dodgy eyesight was the problem i think

yeah hes doing well at perugia....plays pretty regularly and put on some good performances in the uefa cup....
