Perhaps you have already put in your cv to MM Melts as you quite clearly have a wealth of experience at running championship clubs! IMO if dowie gets the job we are fuc##d the has achieves bugger all, he plays direct route one football ( which is evidently all that most of city supporters understand! ) does anyone not agree two or three players are all that is needed to see us to the end of the season if we do worse than last season ( and there is still a fair few gamesleft ) then a better quality of manager should be brought in.

For me Kellys biggest weakness is his inexperience in the transfer market compounded by the fact he is not a big enough name or personality to encourage players to join this football club ahead of others.

I know he has not been given any money which obviously helps entice players, however if he was backed with money, i still have the same concerns regarding attracting players.
