Jack hobbs the only threat to go to hull??

I'm not aware what transfer funds they have available, but with the parachute payments, i think they are capable of making a few bids for any player in our league.

The parachute payments will help them pay off some of the debts they built up in the Premier League, and pay some of their existing players who are on high wages. The speculation coming from Hull is that NP will only be able to sign free transfers or loan players.

Well that is brilliant news for us.

I thought you were always in the know about our transfers jas?

It seems as though Nigel Pearson is the only person to think Hull is a step up from Leicester, everyone else is baffled.

I can't see the likes of Hobbs, Fryatt etc thinking Hull would be a good career move, surely they'll be looking upwards to the Premier League if they were to move at all.

And as Jeff said, Hull can't afford them anyway.

So in terms of player funding, Nigel will be in the same position as if he stayed at Leicester, except that Milan/Hoos will not be his bosses.

So if it is not about funding, what the feck has gone on?
Particularly as in terms of supporting infrastructure like the training ground and all the sports nutrition/fitness support with Loughborough university, I am certain that we are far better off than Hull.

Has Milan had a dump in Nigel's 4x4?

Over the last two seasons loan players have done really well for Leicester. I am as sorry to see Steve Walsh go as I am Nigel. I would guess that Ryan Noble may well be loaned to Hull instead of us now and it would be really galling if Hull had Jay Spearing as a loan player.

I would expect Pearson to make a move for our groundsman/men, they seem on the ball and also the programme designers, they used to win a lot of awards. If there's anything left in the coffers after that I'd be looking at him to make a move for a few of the saucier Kiosk venders.

Just because Nigel wants away from Milan/Hoos and therefore Leicester, does not mean the rest/any of the team do. Unless Hull are paying double salaries, what, apart from NP, would be the attraction of Hull?

Would Lennon have followed MON to Hull rather than Celtic?
