Does anyone know if he is going or staying, remember reading threads saying he was off?

IMO he is playing better than he ever has done in recent games and if he carries on would be a shame to let him go.

Thats exactly what i thought! Its a shame that our two best players of recent games Williams and Joey are both supposedly leaving!

it annoys me when players are instantly accused of having alterior motives for playing well, just because it's the last year of their contract. P!sses me off. Williams has always gone through good and bad patches since he's been with us. so has Joey. how about we give them some respect rather than going straight for their throat?

:icon_roll I was merely suggesting that their good performances have started when there has been talk of other teams interested in them! As for the comment about going for their throats i think what i suggested is quite harmless compared to what some people have said about CL on this site!:icon_roll

i dont think so. he's actually been quite consistent in my opinion, it just depends on what sort of team we're playing against as he doesn't vary his style of play, this being his downfall. if he has space and time on the ball he can produce the goods but in this division it's rare he gets it.

is williams going though, have read it on here a few times he is but no where else.

Williams might be playing well because he has had a lengthy time out of the first team which might have made him realise he has to start to perform, and with a better attack (i.e. quicker) he can start to play the through balls which is his best attribute.
