Winter break and other changes

No mention on here of the winter break confirmed for 2019/20? Or at least the most half hearted winter break they could manage, with 10 teams getting a Saturday off one week in Feb and the other 10 the next week. Most of the bottom half manage this by not trying in the FA Cup already anyway.

Also FA Cup 5th rnd replays scrapped and the round to be played midweek

And next season the Caraboa Cup has ditched extra time and the ABBA system.
