Word 2003 top margin

Yes I am still using word 2003. Anyway, for some reason, microsoft word has decided to get rid of the usual top margin of 2cm so that I can now write from the very top of the page. I don't want this, I want it to go back to normal!

I have searched on google to change it, I have tried to apply different settings on page setup and nothing works-on old documents which still have the normal setting I have tried applying the same settings and it doesnt work

Please help me do something which is very simple
