My advice to anyone on here who is in their 30s (or heading towards it) is make the ****ing most of it! It's the best decade of your life. Old enough to have your head sorted, young enough to still have the energy needed to enjoy all of life. Go for it & give yourself some memories to comfort you when the shit hits the fan in the following decades. Be a participant, not a spectator. The scars are worth it.
