Ndidi back and immediately 4-1-4-1 is back.

Interesting coincidence or is that how BR sees his options?

Ward
Ricardo Morgan Soyuncu Justin
Ndidi
Under Praet Choudhury Barnes
Iheanacho

Yep, it is indeed good to see some old familiar faces. Let us hope they suffer no reoccurrences.

Looks like an interesting/exciting line up and great to see Ricardo back!!

Choudhury looks like he could be a weak link but hopefully he proves me wrong and we can confirm winning the group.

Then we can play as many LB as we like.

I did think Hamza and Ndidi together was maybe a bit, um, I dunno, not want I would do BUT thinking about it, maybe Wilf we be asked not to go full throttle, just ease him back in. I have lost a little faith in Hamza tbh so I would dearly like to see him put in a more mature and controlled performance.

I'm sure I saw something after the Fulham game where Rodgers implied that the formation he's been using is largely due to the injuries.

Once Ricardo and Castagne are fully fit, Justin is going to get a long break.
but right now he is very much needed and could have been left on the bench to replace Ricardo when its time for him to come off and given Thomas his first start as a full back for us rather than wing back

4-1-2-3?
