8 Meg Broadband

Just signed up to this today for no extra charge, in fact £3 less a month than I am currently paying.

Anybody already on this and noticed any extra performance? The test on my line indicates I can get 6.5 meg, but this will improve in time

My line won't give me better than 512kb . If my line was of the 21st century they (Wanadoo) would give me 8meg for the same price.

I've heard that there is noticable speed increese. Great for streaming stuff should you want to watch specialist videos.:icon_wink

I can only get 1 meg as well and the 'free' broadband is not 'free' for me as Im too far from the exchange so its a tenner a month, which is still less than i was paying though.

It's incredible really, considering 2 or 3 years ago it used to take me 15 minutes to download a 4mb mp3. Now it takes just a few seconds!! and a whole album in little more than a few seconds

I pasted it into Paint Shop and erased out all the icons I didn't want anybody to see, with a black background it was easy

I think they both complement each other to bordering perfection. But I do prefer Malcoms riffs. How the fook he can do it for that long, while his brother is spinning on a platform in the middle of the crowd getting all the attention is beyond me. Excellent live band. Possibly the best

The new PC's don't have the corporate stuff. You can select from the lovely array available pre-installed. :icon_roll I have Stonehenge as mine.
