I hated the AVP movies, tacky cash in's that they were. It takes nothing away from the awesome stand alone films.

There are 3 sets of missions, Aliens, Predator & Marine.

The Marine missions are great, shit scary and button bashing nastys all day long. Graphics wise its slightly behind some of the other 3rd person shooters available, the movement is quite jumpy and stiff but you do get used to it after a few attempts. The motion sensor humming away as you make your way through pitch dark corridoors brings back all the nostalgia of the 80's flick's. It took me only a few short days to complete the Marine missions.

The Alien & Predator missions are clumsy, confusing and just plain rubbish. This game should never have been about stepping into their shoes (do they even wear shoes?). I was very dissapointed with this and the fact that it takes up more than half the game.

The Predator has a whole range of useless attributes, you end up fist fighting the aliens off in a restricted pattern of blows.

The Alien, well, who wants to be an Alien ? honestly ! Really trully pointless.

There are better games out there, but it comes down to the same reason i went to the cinema to watch AVP 1&2, i just wanna see them on the same screen together.

The game itself is a remake, it came out on the PC about 6 years ago. Not sure if it's identical in the re-make, or new levels etc but the first one was awful as well.
