Hello peeps!

Can anyone help me?? I currently have Norton but need to renew it, however I've been told that Mcafee and Kaspersky are better.

Any suggestions on what i should get/good value for money??

You could do a lot worse than the free AVG.
Excellent value for money.

The biggest help anybody could give would be to tell you NOT to renew that piece of resource hogging bloat.

Like Macky said, AVG is good or AntiVir - I have experience of both and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Surprisingly, a lot of people who should know (PC journo's etc) are quite enthusiastic about Microsoft's free offering Security_Essentials

Had McAfee, it's worthless. Also had Norton, and it might be the only thing more worthless than McAfee. Kaspersky is user-friendly and works a treat

When I upgraded to a 64 bit version of Vista and couldn't run the free version of AVG I used Avast!, that was also very very good and I had no problems with it, but the interface isn't as user friendly as AVG.
