No grey area at all. Sheep, Cows and Pigs all provide receptacles for my man meat.
Well in that case I would hope it's white. Any darker and it may hurt :icon_lol:You said you loved Pork Sword......Sorry I just thought I'd get that' joke' out the way:icon_roll
FFS Durham - now I don't want the feckin' sandwich at all
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Red_meatAnd I was asking why it was 'surely' a white meat??
I disagree with your statement about it being considered a white meat.
My Dad asked me what I did in a past life yesterday :icon_roll
That's nothing, my Dad tried to pick a fight with me because he thought he recognised me from a previous life.
Veal's off I'm afraid....

Although it's opinion is about as good as mine and yours.
''and that of pork is traditionally considered "white"; while the meat of duck and goose is considered "red",[''
The Pork authorities in this country tried to market it as white meat during the 80's when red meat was discovered to be 'bad' for you due to a huge drop in sales.
Surely not, would be interesting to know what it was but I would hazard a guess that there was too much vinegar in it, there always is in these wana-be Tommy Ks.
:icon_lol:Would Spider Pig count as red or white?
I'm hungry
