Shouldn't have to with the link I have posted apart from Flash. The pop ups are annoying though and on some of them you have to wait 30 secs or so before you can close them.

It didn't ask me to download anything...there is a little adobe box that seems to pop up on flash sites now, but doesn't appear to cause any issues.
