We have a squad that you and many others, me included, think are simply not fit enough. We've had a ridiculous pre-season with barely any games of worth.

This is, effectively, a pre-season friendly so play the strongest team possible and make a couple of changes or tweaks based on Sunday's game.

I agree that the cups aren't a priority but we have to play in them until we are out so let's use the time sensibly. Later on, I'd be all for putting out a random second 11 but not yet.
