Not sure if anyone can help me with this one, but thought I'd ask anyway.
I've got an Excel spreadsheet with various bits of data that relate to bookings people have made. I'd like to send out an email to these customers and instead of typing them all individually, I'm looking to send an email containing the merge fields so that it inputs the data for me. I can do this much myself.
My problem is this - one of the fields is a hyperlink which is different for each customer (i.e. a unique link), and rather than showing the whole URL, I would rather it just said "Click Here" or was a button of some sort, but I can't work out how to do this. I can convert a "click here" to a weblink no problem if it's the same each time, but as this is a merge field I don't know how to do it, or if it's even possible.
Does anyone know if it's possible and if so how to do it?
Many thanks for any help that can be given.
(ps I've tried feeding the computer Monster Munch but that didn't seem to work so I'm a bit stumped).
