I really hope we bring someone in to run the academy that will stop keeping players here, by blocking loan moves, in order to chase nothing trophies instead of getting the players out on loan developing better and faster and maybe breaking into our first team or at least commanding a fee on a transfer to another club - which is what an academy should be doing not chasing trophies
