What now?

Do we look to replace NP with someone who can give us continuity or are we about to dismantle the whole team now?

Can we persuade someone to come in and gain momentum while keeping together NP's team?

Are we about to rip it all up and seal our fete back down again.

Although I understand the decision if it is linked to his son I feel very despondent about this .
