Yup. I would never imply such a fee was in place of that..... Must be delivery, but not called delivery for reasons unknown.

It's not delivery, they charge it if you print the ticket in your own home.

I think the club's ticketing system is run by Ticketmaster. I would expect that this charge is going directly to them and not the club - as I suspect their charging system is to provide the system to the club free of charge, but charge the consumer on each transaction.

Which is probably why every concert operates this same charging system.

I go to more live music than live football. For me, I've always liked to turn up and pay on the door. Ok, for bigger events you do need a ticket in advance but that is doable.

Companies like Ticketmaster are a business. Not bothered about music or football. Bothered only about making money. Only money. Make More Money.
