i am 100% sure that they dont care. and your right his substitutions have been poor every single time. last season they were poor and this season they are poor. bringing 3 men on at 60 mins is a sin and he should of been sacked for that. he cant talk the talk or walk the walk, the only walking he should be doing is walking the plank
