On current form, Daka but he's less than useless most of the time. Play a proper style and it's still Vardy.
Daka has been dreadful the last few games.
Vardy is finished as a top level striker and is in danger of embarrassing himself, he is nowhere near the player he once was.
He should be used as a sub to see games out and retire as a legend.

At the moment Maddison and Nacho would be the best attacking lineup.

We have no strikers

Not that are good enough for this level anyway

Okay.

Might be worth reverting to the 3-4-1-2 formation to play Nacho and Vardy up front in the absence of Maddision's creativity and to give Barnes a break.

What did you think of Vardy's performances and goal output last season?

On the "Vardy is finished" point my answer is: Well, maybe. But how does someone go from one Premier League goal every 120 minutes (last season) to one every 960 minutes this season?

Are we saying the decline in an athlete can be that sharp? This is someone who scored five goals in four matches at the end of last season in May 2022.

The evidence would suggest that, yes, the decline can be that sharp.

Or, that he is suffering exactly the same kind of decline that Barnes is. Or Ndidi. Or Soyuncu. Or Evans. Or Castagne (to a lesser degree).

The common factor with all of these is pretty obvious.
