Looks like its a straight forward knockout for both India and England from now on.
Cant see England progressing, i just dont think they are good enough at this form of the game.
I still think if they avoid each other it will be a Sri Lanka/ SA final.

Following that run rate it could go down to run rate either with 3 teams on 2 wins (if India or England lose all 3) or 3 teams on 1 win (if SA or WI win all 3). So good job we made SA work for that total.
