Not so sure we need 2 CMs. One influential player + Clemence/Weso would be good enough IMO.

After reading that IH plans to be fairly active in the transfer window I am wondering who he is planning on getting shot of. There is obviously a whole bunch of dead wood down there but will he decide to sell some of the so-called first teamers? If so who? Will there be any offers that are too good to refuse?

I think he may sell a couple of the "untouchables" (haha) to generate a bit more cash whilst also shaking it up a bit.

I don't think there will be too many outs, there's just not enough interest in the crudd we have!!

It will be interesting to the 'ins' though, and what influence Mnadaric has on those ins!!!

I suppose I'd keep Kenton for a bit of depth.
The mystery of Kaebi and Ferrara (sp?) leaves that as anyones guess.
I'd consider moving Stearman on if we got good money for him. Chambers should be our right back once he gets fit.

Of course nobody will want any of this motley crew...and who can blame them?

The 'Outs' are essential. One of Ollie's principles is for everyone in the squad feeling needed as part of a family. You can do that where every postion is duplicated up to about 25 but not nearly 40+ players! How is he going to bring in even more players and manage a team where 10-15 players know they have no chance of being picked?
