We were in a right mess at the start of April - that run and still not safe just shows how bad it was back then. You can't blame anyone for thinking it was all over, but credit to the team and big Nige for turning it around. Hull blew it today, but you can see them beating Spurs and Man U so we still need a win and a draw to be sure.

I was feeling horrible after the Sunderland game. I now feel wonderful.

Firstly, I hope Matty James injury isn't as bad as it looked.

Secondly, I would like to pick out Huth, Cambiasso and Albrighton as I thought they were fantastic. Also, a little mention for Danny Drinkwater as I thought he put in a great shift when he came on.

What this team has become is amazing.
I know people will say how poor Southampton were, but we made them poor today. They had plenty of the ball, but our pressing and positioning meant they had nowhere to go, and no time to think. Fantastic defensive display yet again, from the whole team.

I had resigned myself to relegation not so long ago, but now i believe.
