Barnes might be involved but his decision making and end product is lacking.

He's also spending the game in between being wide and narrow, effectively marking himself out of the game.

I don't think Barnes is being helped by Chilwell's unpredictability. Should have got that shot on target.

Defensively he is still naive but most 20 ish old players are naive. This will get better with games.

I think almost any other club in the Premier League would appreciate his qualities, he’s not the finished product but if he could do all we want him to you won’t be watching him do it at King Power week in, week out.

Nasty challenge. Praet was lucky the way he keeled over on his ankle there..

We've bossed it but it's only 1-0. Barnes needs to start hitting them hard and low. Maybe should have done better with that late chance but over all it's been a very good performance so far. Chilwell was a bit disappointing but improved in the closing stages of the half.. otherwise. Good stuff.

I know what you mean about his end product but I think he has caused them all sorts of problems and he's linked up really well with Tielemans. He's also not being helped by having a bad impression of Alan Maybury playing behind him.
