We haven't seemed to have mastered Pro40 batting as of yet, we set a huge target against Yorkshire but we've not really paced our run scoring since then.

I would have liked us to give Harrison a chance. I'm not entirely convinced with Robinson as a one day player.

Leics won by 36 runs. 3 quick wickets for Snape at the end, Somerset 137 all out.

Decent bowling performance, it was doing a lot but we still put it in the right areas. Walker in particular was very impressive. I've become less impressed with Cummins the more i've seen him, he doesn't seem to have much pace, accuracy and doesn't do a lot with the ball either.

I thought we had blown it for a bit when they put on a 50 partnership for the 8th wicket. Andrew rather gave his wicket away with that stumping.

We were put in and have 100/6 Although this is quite a good recovery we were 32/4! It sounds like its swinging all over the place.

Would it surprise any of you if I said that Ackerman had another 50?

I've heard on the grapevine that HD is officially changing his name to In-Form HD Ackerman, as that's what all the reports have called him all season :icon_lol: .

240/5 now! I guess the conditions became more batsman friendly.

I would fancy bowling out this Somerset batting line up, even if it is easier to bat. They've been collapsing like a house of cards this summer. I think if we can get a 320 lead then that would be enough
