Cambiasso isn't a Leicester hero.
I appreciate that you live a fair way away, so maybe didn’t appreciate the effect he had.

It would be like downplaying the role Aldoris Chapman had in the 2016 World Series.

I’m not comparing the man, as Chapman was a divisive (and controversial) character, but he had a winning mentality and Cambiasso brought that to us in a time of need, as Huth did too. To downplay Cambiasso’s effect is to miss the point.

Where was this hero when we were rock bottom for 5 months?

Yea we should definitely judge that season and all the players on that 5 months rather than the incredible outcome.

He's a hero and a cult legend to thousands.

Get over it

Lets not forget that he also took the managerial reigns off Pearson and chose the team and tactics for the last 9 games...

Nothing to get over from my side.
You think he's a hero and cult legend.
I don't.

Maybe you should get over the fact someone disagrees with you.

It's subjective though isn't it, you can't say he's not a Leicester legend because he is to many people.

He isn't to you, which is great but not really important.

The term "legend" is too watered down nowadays.
If you and these 1000s of Leicester fans want to call him a legend, that's your prerogative.
To me, he was a very good footballer that played for Leicester.
Although that's not important ;)

Mancini was a very good footballer that played for Leicester - but not a Leicester legend. Cambiasso has to go down as a Leicester legend.

Christ almighty, does it really matter?

He played a massive part of an unbelievable great escape which kicked off an absolutely phenomenal period for the club which we’ll never see again in our lives.

Why does he need to be defined by any more than that?
