Does anybody know anything about this? Preferably how I can prevent other account users on my PC from using it?

It doesn't appear as a program that I can remove and I can't really find much out about it.

It loads in the browser, so I can't really do much about it, can I?

you can add it to your restricted sites.

Tools > Internet Options > security tab
Click 'restricted sites' then the 'sites' button. add the url.
this will stop any active x and other scripts running, should prevent its use. (ensure the security level is high for that zone)

but this can be undone just as easily.

You could use IEs content advisor, but it will restrict access to a lot of websites you might be okay with. though you can type a password to allow a site to be veiwed? you can add allowed sites and banned sites. to control whats allowed.

Thanks, but I've already tried that and it's more trouble than it's worth TBH.

third party software is just as awkward in my experience. try the restricted sites thing, you never know.
