I was half joking.

But to put it in perspective, the team we are playing lost to Nationwide 16-2, the team we beat 18-5.

It's shocking that Nationwide are currently sitting 3rd in the division.

An easy win in the end, we never got going really out of first gear, my dad was pissed off because the only goal we let in trickled through his legs, first real chance of a clean sheet as well!

They actually lost to Nationwide but the ref counted wrong! The score was 6-4 with a minute to go when 247 scored. the ref thought it was only 5-4 at the time.

A brother of one of our lads plays for 247, he told us.

Another favour pulled for 'em then. We had to correct the ref at half-time, he said it was 4-2, 3 of us moaned it was 5-1 and one of their players agreed. So he changed it back and he pulled me up for a cracking tackle because the daft twat who tackled flew himself into the boards and just laid still for a minute. I asked him 'What for?', 'cos you're 9-1 up'....he was talking to his chum all the way through the whole incident. You never get 40 minutes with him either - I bet Matt felt right pissed off when he was first to go off at 5 minutes.

It did feel a very short 5 minutes! I might have got my other 2 goals if he hadn't short changed me the bastard!
