I'm suprised Gradel hasn't featured more, but we seem to have quite a few options on the wings (admittedly none that have been overly impressive thus far)

If he's not going to feature though I think he does need to go out on loan... At a stage of his development where he needs games to improve. Hopefully find a Championship club to loan him to...

I would have to say in my opinion Oakley is a poor option out wide, he is a much better player in the middle of the park and I think out wide his ability is wasted, he perhaps does have the ability to function on the right side of the 'diamond' but when playing a regular 4-4-2 I would like to see Dyer/N'Guessan before anyone else as I feel they have the ability to get the ball down and run at the opponents, I see Oakley as more of a crafter from a deeper and more central role.

As for Gradel, I think NP will give him a run in the starting 11 at some point of the season, he just needs to take his chance, I think he posseses a fair amount of ability...

from watching the games! when Oakley has been put on the wing for example the first 45 against swansea inwhich he was put back in the centre where he belongs and what happened a 2-1 victory if you think oakley is a good winger then that just shows you have poor football knowledge or you make an opinion without watching the games.
