We were initailly allocated 3500 seats. According to The Football Grounds Guide, the north east corner holds approx 3000. I suspect the extra 500 were part of the North stand, as were the additional 700.
So I reckon approx 1200 of the seats were at the higher price.
I don't know that for a fact - but that it the way that it looks. The £16.60 ones were the end and the corner. It looks as though the extra 700 must have been in the side and that's why they were a couple of quid more.
Leicester City fans have moved swiftly to snap up the club's initial 3,506 ticket allocation for their visit to MK Dons on Saturday, February 28.
But the club have confirmed that 800 additional tickets will be made available tomorrow (Thursday) on a first come first served basis to season ticket holders and members.
However fans are advised to visit the Walkers Stadium early with demand once again expected to be high for the mouth-watering clash.
I have it on reasonably good authority that you can only take flags/banners into the stadium if you can prove that they are non flammable. Apparently it's part of the MK Stadium H+S regulations.
It used to be printed in the T+C's on the back of the ticket.
£16.60 tickets - north-east corner - just over 1,500 of them
£18.60 tickets - north end - 2,000 of them
The extra 800 tickets are also north end and will be £18.60. They arrive tomorrow and will be sold to personal callers and, possibly, to the few people who manage to get through on the telephone (you all know how difficult that is at times such as these).
They are still working through the emails that were printed out this morning and all the tickets that they have got at present have been allocated to them. If you sent them an email and didn't get an auto-reply, you are still in the queue - but you should get a reply with a reference number today if there were any tickets left by the time they got to your email. If you don't get a reply with a reference number or if you got an auto-reply, I should find your sleeping bag and get down to the Walkers now.
According to the MK Dons website, they are only selling tickets to fans with a history of past purchases. New applicants are required to show 2 forms of ID which both should show your address. Tickets will not be sold to people with LE, CV or DE postcodes.
This is the MKD who haven't even been able to sell all their tickets for the visit to their closest rivals? Tickets for their trip to the Cobblers (three days after their game with us) are still on sale - all requests from season ticket holders have already been satisfied and they are now on general sale, 2 per applicant.
