Don't blame me. When I first posted it the only mention was something on Facebook. Even then it was in the old thread, not this one.

Jeff must have opened this one, which I suppose is about time, as the clocks going back usually means that Winter is around the corner.

I've become totally 'heightist' about keepers. Schmeichel is too short at 6f 1in. This chap is the same height so not for me irrespective of his ability.

In this day and age, 6ft 4in is the minimum. I used to love watching Paul Cooper save penalties at 5ft 11in or Kevin Poole leap about at 5ft 10in, but those days are long gone.

I think we need another keeper but he needs to be a lanky fecker.

JUDGE CATCHING EYE

Brentford midfielder Alan Judge is a transfer target for a number of Premier League clubs, according to the London Evening Standard.

Leicester, Swansea and Bournemouth have watched the winger, who has scored six goals so far this season.

Judge's contract at Griffin Park is set to expire at the end of the season.

I think we've been linked to Judge a few times before.
