I once saw a band called The Holy Smokers, which sounds like it should be a tribute band but was in fact Iron Maiden doing a warm-up gig at the Woughton Centre in Milton Keynes.

Only ever went to the Poly once and that was back in the 70s to see a band called Supercharge who had one of the best live shows ever ... funny as f**k.
