in the sun yesterday apparently warnock want reuniting with naughton who has been in team of the year this year. sven also interested. 2M i think it was.

Well, that would change everything..

I'm not so sure it does - or doesn't.

The introduction of a so called 'dildo' if it can so be called or any other 'sex aid' to any situation (other than a porno) can have very unpredictable consequences. The establishment of any hard and fast codified rules system - dildos and dildon'ts if you will (and I assume you will) is therefore fraught with uncertainty, caveats and subjectivities.

Why not try introducing something with a more predictable outcomes and reactions from people? How about some monster munch? A signed picture of Tommy Wright? Or a pamphlet explaining what can and what cannot be plugged in to a sofa/telly?

Rumour has it that Sergio Hellings may not have made an impact on the pitch here, but he left with a comprehensive knowledge of Tommy Wright's career.

As much as I'd love to keep Naughton I think it'll be a big effort. He's obviously caught the eye of several people in the Championship and we'd be foolish not to assume the Premier League too. I suppose we have to hope that Svennis can work his charm and persuade Naughton we're bound for bigger things.

It's nice to think like that once in a while isn't it?

Now can I bring you down to earth and advise that the only thing keeping him here if he stays will be a big wedge of cash.

I see your point, money definately talks. However, as cynical as ye may be, surely you can't deny that managers can and will have effect on persuading players.
