Neilson on his way out on loan?

I hate to mock the dead, but for me Marc North - as a right back - really was the worst. At least Neilson's second touch was always a tackle, North never got close enough to put a tackle in.

The problem with citing a 'worst player' is that no-one can maintain being as bad as, say, Lamey for very long. I'd have said Kisnorbo was in that category until Rob Kelly took charge, and David Oldfield's final year wasn't far off either, despite him having been a good player early on in the Little era. Even Brian Carey put on a show in the 94 play-off final.

Tony Warner, Paul Dickov, Yann Kermorgant, Alex Bruce, James Vaughan, Nolberto Solano.

Bruce and Vaughan weren't too bad. As I remember, Bruce was alright until he ruined our playoff hopes. I know Vaughan wasn't fully fit during his time here, but I still think he was a decent enough player.

And I thought Solano was alright too..

Dickov though, I'd already forgotton he even came back!

Warner: just a loan keeper and was about the 843th one we had that season.

Dickov: Everyone seemed pretty happy when we signed him. It just didn't work out as Fryatt and Howard were in form.

Kermorgant: :bang:

Bruce: Thought he was alright.

Vaughan: Didn't really work out - I also think he's a tad overated.

Solano: He was alright. Nothing spectacular.
